We charge on an hourly basis, depending on the number of electricians required for a particular job. We reserve the right to refuse or decline work at our discretion. It is the client’s responsibility to make alternative arrangements in the event of a loss of power.
We have a minimum charge of 1 hour, and thereafter, billing is calculated in 30-minute intervals. Should the work extend beyond this period, the customer will be charged for the additional time at a higher rate.
In summary, our pricing policy is based on two key factors:
Both are charged hourly and are subject to VAT, as well as any applicable parking and congestion charges.
We provide fixed-price quotations in a written agreement with every customer.
The fixed price may be revised if additional work is required that was not included in the original estimate, if there is an increase in the cost of materials, or if an error was made in preparing the estimate.
We charge a fixed fee of 1 hour at our hourly rate for site visits. However, if the work proceeds and the quotation is accepted, this fee is deducted from the final cost. This ensures that our expertise is valued and that our site visits remain uncompromised.
Pay by Credit Card or Cash
If you choose to pay by credit card, a 1.5% processing fee will be applied, which is not retained by Electric Forces.
In addition to card payments, we accept BACS transfers or cash on-site.
Rest assured, we do not store or share customer details or credit card information with any third parties.
